Hurricane Fay has made it onto the Floridian peninsula which means you should have already prepared. If you have not, however, remember to tidy up your patio and remember to bring you teak furniture indoors.
Even though teak furniture is built to withstand all kinds of weather, you should still protect your investment by bringing it indoors or into the garage before Hurricane Fay hits. Some of the first things to get damaged are objects with high surface areas like teak tables, teak loungers and other similar patio furniture items. Worse still, these items can become projectiles. With strong enough winds, your teak furniture can actually turn into projectiles that could easily be flung into windows facing your courtyard.
