I just wanted to thank you for the special attention you paid my order. I received the tables and chairs last week and they look great on my patio. I also received the fantastic fruit basket.. so not needed but was very thoughtful. I have referred Dragonfly Teak to a couple friends since you guys really know how to handle customer service.

The box that the second package came in was quite beat up but it did not affect the table as it was wrapped quite well.

This customer’s table came in damaged. We make a point of securing the contents by adding extra padding inside our boxes handled by FedEx. It appears that FedEx was rough with the second package as well, but that our inner packaging paid off and the teak table was secured. Furniture damages can occur any time and the industry considers damages of 5% or lower as acceptable. We work hard to minimize the chance of any damages and take action to promptly take care of our customers’ needs should damages arrise.

I am writing you because you were very helpful in offering a substitute table for my teak set when my order got back ordered due to limited availability of the original table. All the pieces arrived, and the table and three of the chairs are very nice. The fourth chair is similar to the other three but does not quite match (it does not have leg supports like the others and is constructed differently). It also has a couple of spots where the wood appeared damaged. Please advise how I can get a replacement fourth chair and what I need to do to return the unsuitable chair.
