Terms & Conditions

Dragonfly Teak wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please contact by email us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Information.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

Returned products must be returned in the condition in which they were received and must be packed in their original packaging in order to qualify for return. The products will be inspected and deductions may be made for any damages, missing parts, or anything that might impact the resale of the product. We will not deduct from your refund for any damages that occurred when we shipped the product to you, of course.

Certain restocking and processing fees may apply up to 20% of the product value of the product. As part of the sale, we absorb the shipping costs initially to offer the best rates possible, however we deduct our shipping costs from from any refunds due the customer.

Customer must request a Return Authorization from the company via email within 30 Days of receiving the product. Telephone calls do not count as notification. We must have your request in email format to begin the process.

Custom and special order items such as cushions, Sunbrella material, and certain teak and non-teak items may not be refundable. You are always welcome to ask whether the items you are buying are returnable before making your purchase.

Shipping Damages

From time to time, damages may occur due to mishandling of the product. We will supply replacement parts necessary to make the product complete if damages do occur. You are welcome to contact us by phone, however, we do require you submit an email within 5 business days of receiving the product.

We may require photographs of the damages which can be emailed or mailed to us (email resolves damage issued much quicker). Although damages do occur, we will do everything we can to make the purchase complete. Please be advised that damaged products if returned, still fall under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy printed above.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Dragonfly Teak offers a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on all teak furniture we sell. The quality teak woods used in the construction of our teak furniture is comprised of Grade A materials which means you are buying quality. Furthermore, teak wood is largely considered to be the best wood choice for outdoor furniture. However, certain conditions may occur that are not covered by this warranty. Even then, we will do our best to provide you replacement parts at favorable prices.

This Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, adverse weather conditions, outdoor exposure, negligence, misuse or repairs by the owner or other agent. Dragonfly Teak reserves the sole discretion to determine the best and most reasonable method of repair or replacement of any product covered by this warranty. This warranty does require you to provide proof of manufacturer's defect and does not include shipping and handling costs.

All teak furniture used in commercial or public environments will constitute a three year limited warranty and cover manufacturer's defects only.

Cancellations

Cancellations and issued refunds may incur up to a 5% service fee to help recoup our processing costs.

Changes / Modifications to our Terms & Conditions

Dragonfly Teak reserves the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions as needed. These changes may occur without notice.
