Unless otherwise stated, Dragonfly Teak Furniture offers a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on all teak furniture we sell. The quality teak woods used in the construction of our teak furniture is comprised of Grade A materials which means you are buying quality teak furniture. Furthermore, teak wood is largely considered to be the best wood choice for outdoor furniture. When certain conditions and incidents occur that are not covered by this warranty, we will still do our best to provide you replacement parts at favorable prices.
This Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, adverse weather conditions, outdoor exposure, negligence, misuse or repairs by the owner or other agents. Dragonfly Teak reserves the right to determine the best and most reasonable method of repair or replacement of any product covered by this warranty. This warranty requires the original purchaser to provide proof of purchase and to provide proof of manufacturer's defect. This warranty is only effective for the original purchaser and does not include shipping or handling costs.
All teak furniture used in commercial or public environments will constitute a three year limited warranty and cover manufacturer's defects only. All other facets of this warranty will still apply to commercial or public use.
